Trail Overview
This is a moderately easy ATV trail that winds through a forest of widely separated pines and cedar with good visibility through the trees. The dirt path is littered with pine needles and pinecones, with downed logs lining the trail. From the west entrance, it winds through manzanita shrubs, with gradual curves and a steady gradual grade. There are a couple of small logs down that you can ride over. After about half a mile, it starts climbing more steeply through the forest, with some tighter curves, climbing up to a hilltop with a bit of embedded and loose rock. Then it descends over a narrower path with lots of small loose rocks, and it gets really tight in the bushes. Some of the spots in the bushes and the log cuts might be pretty narrow for ATVs. The grade mellows out again near the east end as it goes along the base of a hillside on a wide path and connects to a forest service road.
Difficulty
This is moderately easy because it has some tight spots with loose rocks that may be more difficult for ATVs due to the narrowness. It is relatively easy for dirt bikes, with no major ledges, but a couple steep spots.
