This short and easy ATV trail starts out on a narrow path between the manzanita shrubs on a rocky hilltop covered in small loose rocks, then starts descending through the forest on a smooth dirt path. A lot of logs have been cut, making this route easily navigable and passable for the less experienced rider. There’s a lot of debris from fallen trees though. It’s pretty tight between the shrubs in spots, with branches sticking out into the trail. There are a few tight curves, but it remains pretty easy and is a just a quick connector trail. After half a mile and losing 180 feet of elevation, it pops out of the trees onto FS 3N83.
