Trail Overview
This is an easy, 1.8 mile long ATV trail that is really wide in the beginning (on the north end), more like a road. It winds along a hilltop on a smooth and wide path, with a few sections covered in small loose rocks. It stays on the ridge for most of the route, going through a mix of shaded forest sections underneath big cedars and oak trees, and through more wide open sections with views across the hills. The trail itself is pretty easy, with no major rock obstacles, but this trail has potential for lots of downfall that may or may not get cut. As of September 2025 it had several major log blockages that will make it impassable for ATVs, and dirt bikers will have to get creative to get over the logs. It looks like this trail system is heavily maintained and the logs will likely eventually get cut though. It accesses the 17EV37 ATV trail about halfway through.
Difficulty
The trail itself is easy, as it is gradual for the entire route, with only a bit of loose rock, but there were several log jams that will make it impassable for ATVs until they are cut. Riders should always be aware of new log hazards in this type of terrain.
