This is a quarter-mile-long spur that starts and ends off of the ATV trail 16EV223. The north end starts out in a dry grassy hilltop, then it descends through a forest of tall pines, manzanitas, and shrubs. The trail was clear of any logs. It’s a very easy trail as it was essentially rock free, downed logs were cut, and it just meanders through the forest on a simple path. It’s a little bit steep in the beginning on the north end, but then it’s gradual the rest of the way. This is ideal for riders of all skill levels, and would be good for beginners or young riders making a short loop from the staging area with 16EV251. This trail is seasonally closed 12/16 – 4/14 to motorized use.
