Trail Overview

H43 Jim's Overlook is a 2-Diamond overlook trail located on the 400-Side of Hot Springs Off-Road Park. It's accessible via K6 Jaag'd Edge, H42, and Quartz Canyon, making it a popular destination for drivers exploring the upper trails of the Park. The overlook offers one of the most expansive panoramic views in the Park, with sights that include Downtown Hot Springs, the new highway, Magic Springs, First Baptist Church in Hot Springs, and the iconic Mountain Tower. It's a great place to stop, take in the scenery, look for crystals, and grab a photo. You also won't want to miss swinging in the Jim's Overlook Swing. A Park Day-Use Trail Pass is required to access this system of trails. Cell service is spotty in places, and weather conditions can affect trail access, especially during rainy or winter months.
