Warm Springs Canyon

This trail kicks off right where the gravel of County Road P1065 ends, dropping you into the rocky wash. You can probably cruise in with 2WD at the start, but flipping into 4-Low will make things smoother once you're in the thick of it. The canyon walls close in at points, as does the road, so if you're rolling in a full-size truck, you'll want someone outside guiding you to avoid scraping the paint or driving off a few ledges. There are a couple of hills to descend/climb, along with a couple of small rock gardens. Those canyon walls are pretty tall, and the mix of rock colors, spiky plants, and other desert stuff makes for a cool, old-school desert vibe. Warm Springs Canyon is a decent run if you're looking for something that's not too crazy but still offers a bit of off-road fun. Just be mindful of the tighter sections, especially if you're in a bigger rig. You'll get some nice desert scenery along the way.
