Trail Overview

This is a flat and wide trail through the BLM desert near Vicksburg, Arizona. It is unmarked and has no signs for width designation, but there are tracks to follow. It rides across a flat desert terrain over packed loose rocks, then starts going over some rolling hills next to paloverde trees and various cactus. You will likely see people camping in this area on the BLM land, as it is very popular with snowbirds in the winter. You’ll ride past some camp sites and towering saguaro cactus. The trail is pretty much flat with hardly any elevation gain over the 0.9 miles. The north end starts on Vicksburg Pit Road, and the south end ends on another BLM road. You can easily connect to many other washes and desert trails.
