Trail Overview

This is a primitive and unmarked desert trail through the BLM land north of Palomas, Arizona, for just over a mile. The trail is road-width, meandering through creosote bushes and a barren desert landscape, with distant views of a rugged desert mountain range. The trail is uneven ground, frequently covered in a layer of loose rocks, with shallow bumps, dips, and ruts. There are a decent number of tracks to follow to help you stay on route, but there are often different tracks veering off in different directions, where you'll still want a GPS map to get around out here. The trail crosses small ravines and washes, but doesn't have any major obstacles, and stays pretty flat the entire time.
