Hoodoo Spur

This is an unmarked and primitive desert trail through the BLM Land north of Palomas, Arizona. It is road-width, meandering across flat and barren desert terrain that is a mix of dirt and packed loose rocks. It passes by tons of creosote bushes, but not much else. When riding north, you get views of the rugged desert mountains. It departs from Hoodoo Wash and crosses the sandy wash next to giant ironwood trees. The trail continues to ride atop a small plateau elevated above the wash, but starts going northwest away from Hoodoo Wash. This is part of about a 7-mile loop that you can make at the base of the mountains and back through the Hoodoo Wash.
