Trail Overview
This almost 3-mile trail navigates through the Coconino National Forest with beautiful views all around, connecting Bill Gray View (FS 761) and FS 9571. This trail is marked as FS 9541 and has a few places that could be difficult to traverse in a 2WD vehicle; 4WD is recommended. This trail could probably be done in 2WD if you have the skill, will, and high clearance. This trail features one spot that can retain water and be slick and muddy, a loose rocky hill that, if you’re coming up or don’t have proper ground clearance, could be slightly technical, a dry riverbed crossing, and one amazing campsite. Any stock 4x4 with some ground clearance should have no problem.
