Trail Overview

This access road is generally well-maintained but features frequent corrugation, with a series of dips and rises that can create a bumpy ride--airing down is recommended for comfort. The route follows the edge of the Chiricahua foothills, offering sweeping views of rolling grassland hills and rugged ridgelines in the distance. Several spurs branch off from the main road, inviting further exploration, though some may lead to private property. Watch for signage, as the area includes a number of private residences tucked into the landscape. While not technically challenging, the road's uneven surface and occasional blind rises call for attentive driving.
