Trail Overview
Hs58m is an easy, wide roadway-style trail that crosses open desert terrain. It is suitable for riders of all skill levels and can be comfortably navigated on ATVs and motorcycles. The surface is mostly composed of loose, small rocks that can affect traction if you’re not paying attention, so maintaining awareness is important throughout the ride. The trail is generally straightforward, but riders should avoid letting their guard down. Access to Hs58m can be gained from the Hillbilly Trail or several smaller connecting offshoots in the surrounding area. It also serves as a useful connector for reaching other nearby trails. The route passes through typical desert vegetation, including cholla cactus—often referred to as “jumping cactus”—which can pose a hazard if you ride too close to the edges. You may also encounter wind-blown debris such as dead branches on the roadway, which can create additional obstacles.
