Hs013 / Wagner Family Ranch

Hs013 is a primarily dirt trail that is wide and has no major obstacles on it. There are wash crossings that are filled with deep, soft sand. Some of these entrances and exits are short and steep and could deteriorate over time with monsoon and moisture events. Flash floods are probable in this area, so you'll want to be on top of local and surrounding weather, as the threat of flash floods does not necessarily come from directly in the vicinity. The trail itself has minor erosion and water damage. There is little to no cell service in the area, so you'll want to have offline maps downloaded.
