Dates Mystery

Dates Mystery is not unlike Date Creek Road. It's a trail with varying terrain, going in and out of washes. The terrain in the washes can be soft, deep sand with the potential of bogging down vehicles, causing them to get stuck with ease. Some of the wash crossings have entrances and exits that are short, steep, and off-camber. Parts of this trail are pocked with water damage and erosion, some in narrow areas. Where the trail ceased to be mapped, no way was found through, so it's possible the trail continues, though the fence across the wash, coupled with the maze of fencing around a cattle area and possible water tank prevented further exploration. There is little to no service in this area, so offline maps are recommended.
