Trail Overview

Highway to Hell is one of the most popular Jeep trails in Arizona. You know you are in for a challenge when you are greeted by the shrine of broken parts at the entrance. Be prepared, once you commit there are no exits and only a few bypasses. Minor body damage is almost guaranteed.A well-equipped 4-door can make it through OK. The final obstacle at the end of the trail is the most challenging. An experienced spotter is very helpful.

I see my buddy snap his front axle. Technical but doable features. Besides the heat the trail was fun. Really observe your lines and you will get through.

Great trail, with all the bypasses it allows very capable vehicles and less capable vehicles all to go down the same trail and have fun together

Currently not as bad as it has been in the past but we haven’t had much rain. Some of the spots that are usually dug out before technical obstacles are not as bad but we are just getting into wheelin season so it won’t be long until more rigs start running it. We ran two rigs on 37’s locked front and rear and two on 43’s. Locked the same. Took the hard lines with minimal issues on the smaller tire rigs

Definitely a challenge… All rigs were on 37’s and had stack rocks and use the winch once. A few off camber notches that are challenging. One of the more advanced trails, take your time and expect to do a bit of rubbing.
