Trail Overview

Forest Service Road 9386H is just over one mile long and was mapped from south to north. The beginning of the trail is very easy-going as it winds through the ponderosa pines. Several areas along the route have scattered loose rocks across the trail surface. There are also a few sections that appear to have been impacted by a past wildfire, so travelers should watch for possible falling dead trees. As you continue north, the trail becomes slightly more rutted and rocky. The route continues beyond the ending point of this guided trail, but the Coconino National Forest Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) prevented the trail from being mapped any farther.
