FS 9243H

The vast majority of this trail is a dirt surface that is slightly rutted in areas. The first portion is a pretty even dirt road that hugs close to the foot of Apache Maid Mountain. As you traverse farther, the trail starts to go downhill and becomes a little more rocky. The trail will then veer to the West and turn back into a dirt road that has some small erosion ruts peppered with small loose rocks. The end of this trail is marked by a locked gate to private property.
