FS 778

Forest Road 778 is a beautiful forest drive that winds through both private property and well-established forest. The trail is lined with young pine trees and a rich carpet of forest ferns, creating a vibrant and lush forest floor. As the trail progresses, it passes through a few low-lying areas before gradually climbing to a higher plateau. At the end of the trail, you'll be rewarded with a scenic overlook, making it an ideal camping spot. With a bit of extra exploration, you’ll also discover several other campsites nearby, many offering peaceful and secluded settings. Great trail to run in any vehicle. Keep your eyes open for the wildlife that runs along the trail.
