FR215 Three Canyon

The FR215 Three Canyon trail leads to an abandoned mine and has two two-track trails that lead to dead ends and private land. The trail surface is dry, dusty, and rocky, with occasional off-camber sections. The abandoned mine at the head of the two-track trail to private land offers a haunting but fascinating abandoned mine and a dispersed campsite with a fire ring if you like the idea of camping in spooky places. Behind the mine building is what appears to be a partially covered mineshaft. There is no trash, water, ablutions, facilities, and very little traffic.
