Trail Overview

This is a short road off Highway 180 and is a quick way off the freeway to get to Lava River Cave. There is a gate, so this road may be closed at any time, or during winter. Typically unmaintained in winter, this road gives you access to plenty of other roads and a few camp spots. The road is easy with little to no difficulty and has spotty cell phone service.
