Trail Overview

This is a short but challenging offshoot of The Waterfall trail. It's a loop that has several significant obstacles and areas to play. After the obstacles, you're treated to an awesome view of the entire city of Maricopa and other parts of the valley. This trail is on Arizona State Trust land, so a permit is required.

Difficulty

There is a long bypass that will take you to the west of the V Notch and Window Smasher obstacles if you want to avoid all of the obstacles.

This trail was a good amount of technical and casual. There were some side obstacles that looked much more difficult if you wanted a challenge. Rocks had tons of grip and the view was nice at the overlook.

It hasn't rained in a long time, so the rocks were a little slick with dirt/dust.
