Trail Overview

This is the first half of a possible loop trail, but due to the drastic difference in ratings, this one can be done as the entrance or as an out-and-back trail. This is the mild portion of the trail with a couple of possible camp spots near the beginning of the trail. It offers beautiful mountain desert scenery typical of the area, with no major obstacles.

Difficulty

There are no major obstacles. The trail currently appears relatively well-used, so while there will be places to get pinstriping, it isn't super tight.

Nice trail. It's easy enough for a beginner to get some seat time but would suggest a more experience person tag along to help spot or coach in a few areas. Most of it I'd consider a 2 and 3, a few obstacles are definitely a solid 4, possible 5.
