Ashurst Lake

Ashurst Lake trail is just shy of 5.5 miles long and provides complete access to the lake and trails beyond the lake. The trail is a gravel road that is very washboarded and dusty. There are tons of camping opportunities along this trail. Whether you are looking for dispersed camping or a developed campground, this trail has it all. The trail loops around Ashurst Lake towards Forked Pine Campground and ends at a day-use area parking lot. During the winter months, this trail is closed to motorized vehicles.
