Trail 9121G is a scenic, 1.9-mile dirt offshoot through the ponderosa pines of the Kaibab National Forest. Starting near Tusayan, this easy, low-elevation route is ideal for novice offroaders and wildlife viewing. Standard four-wheel-drive and high-clearance vehicles can easily navigate the trail, which has minimal elevation change. Accessed via Forest Road 2709, the route runs east and terminates at the Arizona National Scenic Trail. The single-track path can occasionally be overgrown, and wet or snowy weather can make the unmaintained dirt surface slick and muddy.
