Trail Overview

The 9111 Trail was the absolute highlight of a day full of mapping. This trail is a delightful one-lane journey that combines a rocky path with a series of wash crossings, adding just enough variety to keep things interesting. While ruts and off-camber sections demand some focus, the trail remains approachable with no major obstacles to navigate. Toward the southern junction, you'll find a welcoming campsite, perfect for soaking in the peaceful desert surroundings. This trail offers a charming mix of rugged terrain and scenic spots, making it an enjoyable adventure for drivers of all skill levels.

Difficulty

This is an unmaintained trail with wash crossings, light erosion, and some mild off-camber sections. There is no cell service in the area, so offline maps are recommended. There are wash crossings and ditches with short steep climbs in and out of these features, but nothing too gnarly that would end your day.

The trail is mainly the standard dirt trail. There is one spot where a hill comes out of nowhere, but is nothing out of the ordinary. If you are by yourself, two wheel drive and give it some gas will get you up the hill no problem. If you have folks behind you, 4 low would be nice so you don't dust them out. The trail looks like it is normally travelled, so there is no obstacles or anything other than mother nature left something you have to drive around. We had a group of 13 SxS's that were RZR, Generals, and Can-Am. Everyone made it with no issues.
