50052 (Old Hermit Spur Road) starts halfway into Old Hermit Roa and is a one-lane gravel road with potholes. This scenic road has 4 vehicle camp areas, a trail, and views at the end. It is not advisable to bring a trailer or RV on this trail due to road conditions. Watch for Rocks and washouts as well as road erosion as parts of the hillside below the road have fallen off making certain areas more dangerous. This is a steeper road and potholes as well as some loose rock and a couple of switchbacks make this road more of a challenge. Watch for wildlife and weather and changes in road conditions.
