Trail Overview

The off-road route connecting the road from Ejido Erendira to the San Vicente coastal road begins with a thrilling and challenging stretch not suited for the faint-hearted. Steep, off-camber sections require precise maneuvering, as the risk of sliding into a deep crevice is ever-present, making the assistance of a spotter essential. After this initial test of skill, the trail eases slightly, though you'll encounter silty sections marked by deep tire ruts from SCORE races. As the terrain levels out, the route alternates between old tracks, transforming into a more enjoyable and scenic drive.

Difficulty

The lower section of this trail features challenging, narrow off-camber areas that require careful navigation. You can opt for the steeper fork to the right, but be prepared to tackle a rugged and steep incline. It's highly recommended to air down your tires and have a spotter assist you through this section. Avoid attempting this route during or immediately after a major storm, as the conditions can become treacherous.
