Hotel California Agua Blanca

The best way to get this trail is by starting from the town of Todos Santos. The starting point is the famous Hotel California. They say The Eagles named their track based upon this hotel, so it's a must-see to take a picture. Also, once a year, motorcycle riders from all over Mexico gather here in a big, well-known riders' meeting. This trail goes along the Pacific Ocean, so there are many short roads that will take you to the beach where you can camp for free with no problem in very isolated places. There are lots of farms and ranches, so be careful with loose cattle on the road. It's a very easy ride with just some patches of soft sand. During rainy season, be prepared for some mud and water patches. The trail ends where it forces you to continue along the beach side, where lots of very soft and deep sand will be in your way. At this point, only 4WD or dirt bikes can manage. You can take the side trail to Melton Albanez Dominguez to continue the ride.
