Trail Overview

This is not a challenging route by any means; an AWD SUV can get there easily. The most challenging part is probably the small water crossing, but stacking rocks or small logs will get you across. It's very manageable with a stock Jeep or higher. At the end, you'll reach a plateau where you can pitch tents on the ground, with enough space for two overlanding rigs. You can fish for creek trout there and enjoy the waterfalls, taking a dip on hot summer days.

The trail looked as if it didn’t get much use this summer. There was a decent amount of overgrowth in some areas. I cleaned up what I could but it would be worth it if someone who frequently visits the trail and campsite to do a bit of trail maintenance. Great campsite once you get back there.
