Powder Lake Road to Mayson Lake Horse Camp

Power Lake Road is a mainline FSR that seems to be well maintained and provides access to a number of major different routes throughout the region. The road is graded and well-traveled and is managed with radio use. The destination is Mayson Lake Horse Camp. You don't have to have a horse to stay here. There are 4 camp spots located at this recreational site right on the lake. While we were mapping this trail we encountered a serious thunder and lightning storm that was making it difficult to see and take photos of the area.
