Trail Overview

This route near Marshall Lake features steep, rocky switchbacks with some excellent viewpoints along the way. Expect large boulders, loose gravel, and a couple of water cuts that require a high-clearance 4x4. Active logging takes place near the lake, so weekend travel is recommended. Take your time on the steeper sections and be sure to stop along the way and enjoy beautiful Marshall Lake.
