Trail Overview

A moderately challenging, summer out-and-back off-road route near Gold Bridge. Beginning from Hurley River Road, approximately 2 miles are mostly ditches with some overgrown sections, then the terrain becomes more challenging with some loose gravel, waterbars, rock, and scree fields, which are doable with any 4×4 with higher clearance. There are rewarding beautiful alpine views atop Green Mountain.

Lots of pinstripes from this road, onX suggests to take the quad road, not recommended for a truck, we didn’t drive the whole way, we drove 3 km from the top and didn’t have a winch or a second truck to pull us out so we turned around, but very easy to that point, but very narrow and lots of bushes.
