Trail Overview

Blanket Creek has a mainline route with a number of small spurs to check out. It is nestled around an old gold mining town. You are close to one of the most incredible mountains called Revelstoke. There are many provincial and recreational campgrounds throughout the area that allow you to either kick back and relax or hit the dirt and explore numerous mountainous roads.

There is active logging off the main trail part way up. So operate accordingly. Amazing views and scenes throughout the climb, dry dusty trail with loose rocks. I would recommend AWD or 4x4, and at least the clearance of a Forester. There are over grow areas so expect to get some bush-burn on your truck. The trail is a mix of wide areas where passing is possible, and narrow areas on steep slops, take note of your turn arounds.
