TR Trail

Starting from Helena, head up Orofino Gulch which has multiple single car pull offs. Watch for the Waterline Trail paralleling the dirt road on your left. The TR Trail starts from the Waterline Trail and immediately climbs the "hump" between Orofino Gulch and Davis Gulch. Before long you'll reach an open meadow and the trail will flatten. From here you can explore various trails in the open space or head down to the main parking lot on Davis Gulch.
