Description
The Spruce Mountain Trail takes you along a forested route to the summit of its namesake in the L.R. Jones State Forest. On the summit, there is a southeast-facing ledge and a fire tower that provides 360 degree views. On clear days, you can see as far as Killington and Mount Washington! The grade and technicality of the trail increase with its mileage, starting easy and finishing steep with rocks and roots in the path.
