Bellows Pipe to Mt Greylock Summit

Start at the parking lot at the end of Gould Road. The Bellows South Trailhead is not marked there;follow the gravel path to Bellows Pipe Trail. Turn left off the gravel path at the start of the hike. The first part of the trail there is a creek that runs to the the left of part of the trail (heading uphill). When you reach "Four Corners" where the Thunderbolt Trail meets the Bellows Pipe Spur , there is signage and a map. Continue straight on your path. There are a couple other places where the trail forks with no (or vague) signage, stick to the left fork. The first is where the Bellows Pipe Spur Splits from the main Bellows Pipe Trail. This will lead you past the lean-to. The second is where the trail meets the AT (make sure you go left to head south on the AT toward the Mt. Greylock Summit). In general, this route crosses many other trails. Pay attention to signage and trail maps. Follow the "Skin Path" signs/markers (indicated with a red line on the posted trail maps).
