Description
Parking is available at the Market Street Trailhead; start and end here. Start with a steep descent down into a grassy ravine followed immediately by a switchback climb up to Boston Hill. You'll reach a major trail junction; this route goes right for a counterclockwise hike. Pass the trail headed up Boston Hill and stick to a circumnavigation instead. Hike straight through a handful more intersections, staying high up on the hill. Avoid descending down to the Cooper Street Trailhead. Round a bend at mile 2.9 to start ascending recently made switchback. Bypass trails leading off to the left as you make your way back to the first major intersection. Hang a right to return down to the Market Street Trailhead.
