Point to Point
This is the main trail accessing the various caves in Cherney Maribel Caves County Park. You can begin from the north end of the parking area, or from the southeastern end along the Trail To Parking next to the information board. The trail is wide, gravel fill, so it should be very easy going, but it has suffered some erosion damage (as of 2018).
Initially, you'll head north above the bluffs with no views until you come to the Stables Reclamation Interpretive Site. You'll get to see the cool remains of the resort that once stood here, but be advised it is on private property. Turn and descend what is kind of a switchback to head south along the bottom of the bluffs. You'll pass Maribel New Hope Cave, a trail to Spring Cave, Pancake Cave, and Coopers Cave. Then, you'll join the River Trail for a second, before you then turn and ascend the path along the Tartarus Cave System. Take the Trail To Parking to make this a short loop.
