Description
This trail is really easy to follow, as it is marked throughout and is the outer and longer loop of several loops featured at the Greenbush Recreation Area. You'll go through mostly pine forests. The terrain in the area is variable, so enjoy the easy miles in between hilly sections. Like the name of the park hints, the hills were formed when the glaciers from the last glacial maximum retreated (the Ice Age Trail is nearby). You'll be in the shade most of the trail, which makes for pleasant hiking.
