Gilbert Creek - FS 80075

This trail is a well-maintained gravel road that runs North to South following Gilbert Creek. This trail is 2 vehicles wide throughout, with the only areas of caution being the 2 bridges, where some larger potholes have formed at the ends of the bridge, as well as the many intersecting trails that could potentially be busy with ATV traffic. There are many spur trails and dispersed campsites along this road, as well as pull-offs in some of the clearings with views of the surrounding area. Be sure to use caution on some of the blind corners on weekends when it is busier, as this is a popular dispersed camping area and can see heavy use on the weekends. This trail is open to all vehicles year-round, but may be impassable due to deep snow during the winter and early spring months.
