Trapper Creek - FS 2852

Connect FS 2850 to FS 2845 and Salmon Creek Road on this easy, AWD-friendly, 3-mile route traveling via FS 2852. Perfect for a relaxed drive or a weekend getaway, this scenic track features an 808-foot elevation gain as it winds through the woods. The road consists of a single-lane gravel and dirt surface equipped with plenty of pullouts to let oncoming traffic pass. There are numerous camping spots and offshoots to explore along the way, making it a great option for an overnight trip or a day of exploring. While the route is generally beginner-friendly, keep an eye out for spots with runoffs, as well as plenty of mud and puddles that accumulate quickly after a good rain.
