Trail Overview
Jesse Creek is a basic, easygoing route great detour while exploring the surrounding area. The trail begins as a wide, well-maintained two-lane dirt road that comfortably descends and winds its way down the valley. As you progress, the road tightens into a single-lane track, introducing a few small off-camber spots and minor high-center hazards. Along the way, you will find several small waterfalls and streams, as well as Jesse Creek itself, to view and enjoy. Before the main route ends, several spur roads branch off into the surrounding area, offering a few extra pockets to explore.
Difficulty
This route peaks at a Level 2. The first half is a smooth, highly maintained road, but it eventually narrows to a single-vehicle width with minor off-camber moments and small high-center obstacles. It remains highly accessible for most high-clearance vehicles, but the uneven sections require slightly more attention than a perfectly graded forest road.
