Trail Overview

This 1.5-lane gravel and dirt road starts at Highway 97 and ends at the Iron Bear Trailhead. The road is generally smooth and in good condition, with enough width to safely meet another vehicle along most of the route. Several established dispersed campsites and side roads are located along the way, and the Iron Bear dirt bike trail begins at the trailhead. The route passes through mixed forest with a fair amount of underbrush.
