This dirt road is single-lane for most of its length, but there are places for two vehicles to meet safely. It has 18" water bars, and some are pretty sharp. It has some ruts and erosion damage, but those aren't more than 6" deep. It does have embedded and loose rocks a little over 6" high. The road goes through both open and forested areas. The road connects to Woody Mountain Road to the south, and FS 4100-780 to the north. There are many side trails to explore.
