Trail Overview

This short off-road trail is part of the Elbe Hills Trail System. This trail has several different paths to follow. This one takes you up the hill to a large mud hole which can be very difficult to pass in wet seasons. Next is a good-sized rock garden which has a bypass. The trail then continues on to the Mainline Extension or back to Road 9. This trail is passable by 4WD vehicles with a minimum of 33-inch tires. (Bring lockers and a winch during wet seasons.)

Muddy, puddly, and slick. We hit a stopping point right after the little playground area (Halfway) due to a huge washout. There was about a 4 ft drop on the left side of the trail which would probably result in flipping or calling a buddy. Getting past this would get you to the other half which looked very doable and easy enough for a chill day. No struggles besides the trail washout.
