Twin Spring to Town offers a scenic and mostly straightforward dirt trail connecting the Twin Springs area near Highway 18 to Ox Valley Road, making it a perfect route for high-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles and SxSs looking to bypass the paved highway. Spanning nearly 2.9 miles, the trail winds through the picturesque high-desert landscape of the Dixie National Forest, with elevations ranging from 5,474 to 5,951 feet. While the majority of the route consists of an easy dirt track with pleasant valley views, drivers must navigate a single technical obstacle: a very steep valley descent with a deep washout at the bottom. This obstacle requires careful line choice, as a poor approach can easily damage the bumper of a stock vehicle, making a high-clearance four-wheel-drive or SxS highly recommended. Along the way, travelers will find several dispersed campsites complete with fire rings, providing excellent opportunities to set up camp in a serene, remote setting. The trail also offers reliable connectivity with about two bars of LTE service throughout most of the route, adding a layer of convenience for navigation. To the north, the trail connects to Ox Valley Road, which leads directly toward Enterprise for fuel, supplies, and refreshments, while heading south invites further exploration of Ox Valley.
