Trail Overview

The Mid Crosscut trail is a beautiful rolling trail that gently cuts across the vast pastures on top of this mesa. Primarily dirt, this trail might prove challenging after a moisture event. There is no service in the area, so offline maps are recommended. There are no major obstacles on this trail, other than the sneaky rock and cactus. You won't want to speed anyway, because the peaceful and gorgeous views will take you in.

Deep ruts at the beginning and dusty throughout. Couple of washes about midpoint where it was a bit loose, but all in all a fun trail to connect from Canyonlands NP to Long Canyon Trail

hey this is extremely rutted out due to what i think is rain. Im a beginner with a 4runner and the ruts just make you queezy because of the angle of bank while you're sitting in your car. if you have a spotter you'll be okay. I had this old dude in a jeep show up behind me and spot for me to make me feel comfortable and I kept going. Thanks Old white guy with his, I think wife in his jeep. this is like a 5/10 difficulty.
