Trail Overview
DOMO Quarry Cave Trail begins beneath the tree cover before quickly transitioning to smooth rock, eventually leading to moderate ledges that require careful navigation. As you descend, the trail opens into a natural rock pool shaped by years of erosion, creating a U-shaped valley that adds both beauty and technical challenge. Along the way, a stream flows beside the path, running near a large cave area that offers some weather protection and multiple optional lines for riders to explore. This adds variety to the trail, with riders able to choose their preferred route through or around the rock features. The moss-covered rocks, while visually striking, can become quite slick, especially in damp conditions, adding an extra layer of difficulty in maintaining traction. Ideal for those seeking both natural beauty and a moderate to challenging ride through varied terrain.
DOMO Dove Nest Motorsports Club is a private park. Fees are required to ride trails. See the website at https://www.domoclubctx.com/ or call the DOMO office for day passes and off-road passes.
Off-road trails are closed on track days for safety reasons. Please check with the website event page https://www.domoclubctx.com/domo-reveal or call the office for the current schedule.
Difficulty
This trail has loose rocks, ledges, and water crossings all bundled into one short but very rewarding trail. Undercut ledges approaching 3 feet tall, steep climb/descent, and rocks that rain can move around.
