Bethel Spur - FS 211A

Bethel Spur (FS 211A) branches into a quiet wooded section of Sam Houston National Forest and functions as a short access spur rather than a through-route. The road surface is primarily dirt with minor ruts and surface irregularities typical of lightly maintained forest roads. Several existing clearings along the spur are suitable for primitive dispersed camping where permitted. This route intersects the Little Lake Creek Loop Trail, resulting in shared use with hikers and other trail users near the crossing. In dry conditions, most high-clearance vehicles can navigate the spur without issue. Expect limited cell service, low traffic, and no services along the route.
