Trail Overview
Trail 7A- A trail of the Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 7A is an original trail to the park. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS with some skill. At 3/10th of a mile in length, this trail is part of the larger network at the park. This trail is dirt and rocks on a grade and serves as a trail between Trail 7 and Trail 8, and has an intersection with Trail 8D partway through. You may encounter some washouts and rutting along with some minimal standing water. This trail travels up and downgrade in several locations. There are loose rocks on the trail. It is a narrow trail, one vehicle wide, with areas to pass. This trail offers several areas with views of the surrounding valley and a view of the 5-Bay garage in the distance. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. The trail travels mostly through the woods, though they are open. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it in both directions. Difficulty
This is an uneven, rutted dirt trail with loose rocks and washes, minor mud holes, and a few larger potential obstacles up to 18 inches. The trail is one vehicle wide with limited places to pass.
